When an enemy named "? Talent" or "! Talent" is present in battle,
if you defeat that enemy last, you will dona-dona (get) them.
Talent taken via dona-dona will be in the Garage in the next Hideout Phase.
The action order is ordinarily determined by the Speed (SPD) stats of allies and enemies alike,
but for one turn after a Speed Boost occurs, the receiving side becomes more likely to go next.
The likelihood of getting a Speed Boost is based on the ratio between the vanguard's total TEC and that of the enemies.
